Avantage provides you, with both personal care and practical support with everyday tasks such as shopping and doing the laundry, tailoring support to meet your individual needs as they are now and also as they change over time.
When meet you, a care manager will be on hand to discuss any care needs you may have and how best we can assist you. By drawing up a care plan, we can ensure your requirements are met, with the flexibility to change the plan if they change.
